1. Nature of Services
Healing Spa provides therapeutic, non-medical massage and relaxation services. Our services are intended for general wellness and relaxation only. They are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing communicated by our staff should be construed as medical advice. Guests who are pregnant, have a medical condition, recent injury or surgery, or any health concern should consult a physician before receiving massage services.
2. Health Disclosure
Guests are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, and sensitivities before each service. Healing Spa is not responsible for adverse effects arising from conditions that were not disclosed. Your therapist may decline or modify a service based on the information you provide — this is for your safety.
3. Professional Conduct & Draping
All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Professional draping is used at all times during every service. Any inappropriate remark, request, or behavior will end the session immediately, the full service price remains due, and the guest will not be re-admitted. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in order to maintain a safe, respectful environment for our guests and staff.
4. Appointments, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Reserved appointment times are held for you. Arriving late may shorten your service so the next guest starts on time; the full service price applies. Missed appointments and same-day cancellations of reserved times may be charged or may require pre-payment to book future reserved times, at management's discretion.
5. Payments & Gift Certificates
Payment is due at the time of service. Gift certificates are non-refundable, have no cash value, and may be transferred to another person but not redeemed for cash. Completed services are non-refundable; if you have a concern about your service, please tell the front desk before you leave so a manager can address it.
6. Personal Belongings
Please keep your personal belongings with you in your service room. Healing Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
7. Minors
Guests under 18 are served only with a parent or legal guardian's written consent and with the parent or guardian present on the premises for the duration of the service.
8. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
By receiving services at Healing Spa, you acknowledge that massage involves physical contact and inherent variability in individual response, and you voluntarily assume the risks associated with receiving massage services. To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Healing Spa's total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Information on this website — including prices and hours — may change without notice; the menu at the front desk is controlling. By submitting our contact form you agree to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. We do not sell or share your contact information.
